Theophilus Atuahene Adu, known professionally as IyamAtuahene, is the Slam Master of Ghana and a Board Member of the World Poetry Slam Organization, overseeing global communications and marketing. A PR and Marketing Strategist by training, he has led Ghana’s national slam team to remarkable international achievements, including winning the 2025 World Poetry Slam Championship in Mexico. As Managing Partner of Ehalakasa, Ghana’s premier slam collective, he champions poetry as a tool for civic voice, social impact, and cultural diplomacy. His work blends artistic vision with strategic leadership, building sustainable platforms for poets and advancing Africa’s presence on the global slam stage.
