Tshegofatjo Makhafola is a poet from Zebediela, Limpopo, currently based in Johannesburg. He is a writer and spoken word artist whose work explores themes of blackness, queerness, identity and belonging. His poetry has been published in local and international literary platforms such as Poetry Potion, New Contrast, bathmagg, Brittle Paper, Botsotso, Commonwealth Adda, and Bridgette James winners’ anthology.
