Mark Jensen-Skovgaard is a Danish poet and performer with sixteen years of experience in poetry slam. He is the founder and long-time MC of Slamfrø Poetry Slam in Aalborg, where he has played a central role in shaping and sustaining the local slam scene. For the past three years, he has served as the Danish representative responsible for collaboration with the World Poetry Slam Organization (WPSO). Alongside his work in spoken word and live performance, Mark is trained as a journalist and works as a school leader, supporting and guiding teenagers in their educational and personal development.
