Biff Smith is a poet and singer-songwriter from Glasgow. He began writing and performing poetry as he was attracted by the idea of not having to carry a guitar. In 2025, he won both the Scottish Poetry Slam Championships and the World Cup Poetry Slam Championships in Paris. On page, he remains unpublished and has a growing collection of rejection letters to prove it. Currently working on his debut poetry pamphlet and feature-length spoken word theatre show, Biff’s specialist subjects include depression, alcoholism and existential dread. In his spare time, he enjoys fine wines and likes a good belly laugh
