The Johannesburg-based multi-award-winning poet, theatre maker, writer, spoken word artist, and copywriter began performing in 2015. He won the Current State of Poetry Open Slam in 2016 and was the 2017 Word N Sound Poetry League Champion. His work has been featured in the 7th edition of the Sol Paatje European Union Anthology and the world’s largest online archive dedicated to showcasing African poetry from the African continent and the African Diaspora, Badilisha Poetry. His one-man poetry play, The Brown Bottle Series, was staged at the Word N Sound International Youth Poetry Festival. A published version is also available as is Eternal Echoes, a collection he co-authored with Dali Mpondo.
