The multidisciplinary writer and performer based in South Africa, born in Kenya and of Nigerian heritage, was the 2024 Word and Sound Poetry Slam winner, the National Poetry Africa Slam Jam Champion of 2024, and was ranked 10th globally at the 2025 World Poetry Slam in Mexico. Blending spoken word with visual art, animation, film, and design, she extends her storytelling across multiple media. A published writer and architectural practitioner, she holds a master’s in architecture (with distinction) from the University of Johannesburg, lectures in the field, and has presented at universities in South Africa, Canada, and the UK.
