Dr. Phillippa Yaa de Villiers lectures creative writing at Wits University, Johannesburg, She was an actor and teacher at the Market Theatre Laboratory and worked as a television screenwriter. She has published Taller than buildings, The everyday wife, and ice- cream headache in my boneand co-edited The Poems of Keorapetse Kgositsile 1969-2018.
