vangile gantsho is a healer, poet, and co-founder of Imphepo press. She is the author of red cotton and Undressing in Front of the Window, holds an MA from the University Currently Known as Rhodes and is a graduate of the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute. In 2018, she was named one of Mail & Guardian’s Top Young 200 South Africans. Her poetry has been published in various publications, including New Daughters of Africa, and has lived on stages across three continents. She has curated in-person and online international programmes, including smallgirl rising, a poetry-centric tour focused on black feminine healing.
