Poetry from the Valley

The Riebeek Valley is beautiful. But, like most places on our planet, beauty and darkness, love and hate, friendship and enmity, joy and bitterness, all exist side by side. Eight poetic voices, ranging in age from seventeen to over seventy, reflect the diverse experiences of the amazing, maddening place they call home in this short film. Poetry From the Valley was shot and edited by local Ikasi Media film students and is sponsored by Oukloof Legacy.
