The Editor and Guest Editors of Imbiza Journal – Poetry Africa Special Edition will be discussing the collaboration that has led to a feast of poetry and intellectual engagement in a single publication. This landmark publication marks the 25th anniversary of the Poetry Africa Festival. In a true Poetry Africa style, the publication includes seasoned poets who appear alongside new dynamic voices. This dynamism is reflected in the exciting writing: poetry and jazz, praise poetry, hip-hop and slam poetry, among others. The essays, features, book reviews and poems make for an interesting and edifying read.
